Returns Policy
Our return policy spans 07 days. If it’s been over 07 days since your purchase, we regret that we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Certain goods, like perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids, cannot be returned.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt. We’ll then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at orders@multivitamin.pk.
Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
