• Bifidobacterium bifidum (HA-132) (whole cell): 0.5 billion cfu

Suggested Usage

• 1 capsule 1-3 times per day, preferably 30 minutes after meals, or as directed by a health professional.
• Take atleast 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics (if taking).
